Blew me away! 100/5 ⭐️ Not only are these vets seasoned pros and literally saved the life of my parvo puppy with their help and treatment, but they are just good people and so genuine and kind! They helped me with my rescue pup, fitting me in asap and allowing me every chance to save her from parvo! Boarding was so affordable to keep her and administer her an IV thru her stay plus helped me with her complimentary bath, food recs, fast prescriptions, and all… they set me up for success and truly showed why they do what they do! Kenya and Dr. Motley YOU ARE AMAZING. My favs for sure! Do not ever doubt that! I will be coming back for my doggo and making them my primary vet going forward!👍🏽

Dr. Motley and the entire team are a joy to work with! Dr. Motley had to amputate the leg on my 2.5 month kitten due to a severe infection. Just hours after surgery my fur baby, Munchkin, was up walking around like nothing ever happened! I am forever grateful for Dr. Motley and the amazing team at Cy-Fair ❤️‍🩹

When my Great Dane needed surgery they were the only vet that said they take Danes. They were affordable, kind, had great hospitality, and treated my baby as if she were one of there’s. Ok y’all, I called here on a whim because I passed it coming home from work. I felt like the place I’ve been taking my dog was over priced and without any kind of bedside manner. I heard the nicest voice on the phone. Dr. Blue answered and was super excited to have my business. He quoted prices that were half the price of where I usually go and took me right away without an appointment. They were so sweet with my elderly dog. Lexi at the front is a sweetheart. I can say they have a customer here for the life of this dog and any others I have in the future. Thank you guys!!

I was recommended to come to this vet and I couldn't be more overjoyed about my experience. My dog was suffering heavily with his skin allergies and was scratching and biting everywhere, and I was desperate to find relief for him, so when one of my friends told me about this place, I had to see for myself. As soon as you walk in, Malexy the technician welcomed me and my pup with open arms and listened to all my concerns. Dr. Motley was so nice she assured me that she was going to take care of my pup and she did an amazing job! It turned out that while my dog was going through some really bad allergies, he also had a bacterial skin infection which made his itching worse! After her thorough examination, Dr. Motley prescribed me a few things for him and explained clearly how I should administer his medicine and a week later, my dog is no longer scratching or biting his skin, and his skin is no longer red and irritated! I strongly recommend this hospital for any pet parent.

My first experience at Cy-Fair Animal Hospital was exceptional! It was a breeze making an appointment and when I saw that I would not be able to make my original appointment time, they were more than accommodating. I love my dog to death and the care that they showed him made me feel that we had found our new home. The vets here at Cy-Fair are ALL very experienced, thorough and dedicated to the health of any animal you might bring in. I first learned about them when I happened to start watching “The Vet Life“ show on TV. Upon discovering that they had opened a practice right here in North Dallas, I was very pleased. I love my current vet but having an excellent alternative is very reassuring for me. I had an unexpected situation with my Doodle and my regular vet was not open, so I took him to Dr. Motley at Cy-Fair. She and her staff were great. The situation my dog had is now under control. ( Luxating patella) I highly recommend this practice- Lexy and Dr. Motley are thorough and knowledgeable, and very caring about your animal and YOU! My Teddy did not want to leave them when the appointment was over!!!

Cy-Fair is an amazing animal hospital with an even better staff. The techs are very welcoming and the doctors are truly experts. Dr. Motley serviced my fur-baby on two separate occasions. I brought my brand new toy poodle puppy by here today for his second round of shots and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The technician who greeted us and examined him initially was so kind to us and answered all of our questions, and she was very gentle with him even with the uncomfortable tests. Dr. Motley was wonderful as well, it is hard as a new puppy owner to hand him over to someone who’s about to poke him with needles, but she was so good with him that I was much more comfortable than I was expecting to be. From just seeing how relaxed and comfortable he was even after his shots, and their willingness to answer all of our questions, it is evident they truly care about their patients. Highly highly recommend Dr. Motley and Cy-Fair Animal Hospital.

Great place to take your pup! All of the veterinarian docs are great! (yes, at this point my dog and I have met them all, ha) Especially if you have a frenchie! My French bulldog had a ear infection that was intially treated somewhere else by another vet office in the area for over a month, it was a stubborn issue that their office told me to see a specialist for if it continued (and it did). I decided to try out Cy Fair Animal Hospital to get a second opinion. Not only did they resolve her ear infection no problem, they also treated and diagnosed her with another issue she had a month later, that was urgent and I was able to get in to see someone ASAP!
